The RIdIM office is endeavouring to increase the number of images in its web application. As a result of the search for images in the museums' own online collections, data records in the database of the German RIdIM-branch are sometimes updated. For the images that RIdIM shows in its web application, the image rights in general are held by the institutions indicated and the producers of the images, possibly also the producers of the objects, and in no way by the RIdIM office. Please note the respective image rights and the rights granted to you by the respective Creative Commons licenses.
Furthermore, the German RIdIM branch is constantly reviewing parts of its data to adapt it to a more currant usage if necessary. For some time now, the review has particularly concerned the subject keywords and Iconclass notations. If you are missing information or have other questions, please feel free to contact the German RIdIM office.
